Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the BLUECORE AI productivity assistant (the "Service") provided by BLUECORE TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. Capitalised terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Service. Violation of this AUP is a material breach of the Terms.
1. Strictly Prohibited (Zero Tolerance)
You must not use the Service to generate, distribute, request, store, or otherwise interact with content that:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — any sexual or sexualised content depicting, describing, or implying minors. This is absolute and admits no exception.
- Real-world violence facilitation — operational instructions to commit murder, assault, terrorism, or attacks on critical infrastructure; planning of specific real-world targets.
- Weapons of mass destruction — synthesis, acquisition, or deployment guidance for chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear (CBRN) or high-yield explosive weapons.
- Money laundering, sanctions evasion, or terrorism financing — including any attempt to circumvent United Nations or Singapore sanctions, layer illicit funds, or evade beneficial-ownership disclosure.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) — including AI-generated deepfake sexual imagery of identifiable real people without their explicit consent.
- Stalking, doxxing, harassment — aggregating personal data (home address, daily routine, family identity) of an identifiable individual to enable harassment or physical threat.
2. Restricted Use (Suspension on Notice)
The following uses are restricted and may result in account suspension or termination, depending on context, intent, and impact:
- Misrepresentation as a regulated professional — using the Service to deliver outputs that hold themselves out as licensed legal, medical, accounting, tax, or investment advice without proper professional credentials. BLUECORE outputs must be reviewed by a qualified professional before being relied upon in regulated contexts.
- Investment, trading, or financial-advice impersonation — presenting Service outputs as personalised investment advice, executing automated trades on behalf of others without proper licensing, or impersonating a regulated financial institution.
- High-risk autonomous decision-making — connecting Outputs to systems that take consequential real-world action without a human in the loop (medical treatment, judicial decisions, hiring/firing, credit denial, criminal sentencing, weapon control).
- Discrimination — generating content or making decisions that unlawfully discriminate against protected groups in employment, housing, credit, healthcare, education, or public accommodation.
- Deception & political manipulation — generating content designed to deceive voters, falsify election results, impersonate political candidates or government officials, or conduct coordinated inauthentic behaviour.
- Privacy violations — scraping or aggregating personal data of identifiable individuals without lawful basis under the PDPA or equivalent jurisdictional law.
- Intellectual property infringement — knowingly producing content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other IP rights, or that defeats technical protection measures.
- Spamming — bulk unsolicited messages over email, SMS, messaging platforms or social networks, in violation of the Spam Control Act 2007 (Singapore) or equivalent law.
- Malware — creation, distribution, or deployment of malicious software, ransomware, exploit kits, or credential-harvesting kits.
3. Technical Misuse
You must not:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the Service except to the extent expressly permitted by mandatory applicable law.
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, content filters, or abuse-detection mechanisms.
- Share, resell or sublicense your API keys or account access except as expressly permitted.
- Use the Service to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of any network or system without explicit authorisation (consistent with the Computer Misuse Act 1993 of Singapore, which criminalises unauthorised access to a computer).
- Generate or distribute outputs that intentionally mimic the Service's branding to deceive third parties.
4. End-User Disclosure
If you deploy the Service to interact with end users (for example, in a consumer-facing chatbot you build on top of BLUECORE), you must:
- Disclose to end users, before substantive interaction, that they are interacting with AI-generated content.
- Provide a mechanism for end users to report problematic outputs.
- Make available your own privacy policy and terms applicable to the end-user-facing product.
- Not present AI outputs as professional advice (medical, legal, financial, tax) unless you are, and disclose that you are, a properly licensed professional in the relevant jurisdiction.
5. Reporting Abuse
To report a violation of this AUP, including content generated by the Service that you believe is harmful, please email [email protected]. Include URLs, timestamps, request IDs (if available), and a brief description. We treat abuse reports as a priority.
6. Enforcement
- We may investigate suspected violations using request metadata, content scanning, and reports from users or third parties.
- Depending on severity, enforcement may include: warning, rate-limit reduction, content removal, feature restriction, account suspension, permanent termination, and reporting to relevant authorities.
- We will cooperate with valid legal process from Singapore authorities and from international authorities to the extent required by applicable law and mutual-assistance arrangements.
7. Changes
We may update this AUP from time to time to address emerging risks. Material changes will be highlighted in-product and via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
